Description

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to align with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan resources effectively.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage the budget for procurement and supply chain activities, optimizing costs where possible.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all planning processes.
• Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

A successful Planning Manager should have:

• A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
