• Japanese: native level
• English: business level or above (there will be several interviews in English)
• 5+ years' FP&A experience in Japan
• 1+ years' relationship management experience with Japanese banks
• 2+ years' securitisation experience in Japan
• Team management experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
