• Lead and develop a team of HR Partners supporting managers through coaching and leadership development
• Use data and HR expertise to advise on talent decisions and ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws
• Drive talent initiatives, organizational development, and regional HR projects
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee engagement
• Act as a strategic HR advisor and role model for inclusive leadership
