One of the world's largest Japanese semiconductor distributors is looking for an Inside Sales for Japanese customers (m/f/d) in Ingolstadt or Munich.

Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales / Customer Service – Japan related business

• Manage customer relationship: provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communication and alignment with suppliers based on the customer requirements
• ERP/SAP operation: prepare quotations, input customer orders in the system to process the shipment
• Monitor and manage deliveries based on customer request schedule
• Send shipping (out-bound) instruction to our warehouse
• Shared responsibility for sales growth and profitability of the company
• Reporting to the supervisor
• Opportunity for cross department tasks such as digitalization project management, process improvement activities, and others can be assigned based on the member’s career visions

Place of work: 

• Munich Office or Ingolstadt Office
• 2 days/week home office possible after probationary period

Job Requirements

• Enjoy sales activities and dealing with customers in any circumstances
• Understand the stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal members such as other regions) requests / specifications and come up with a solution / answer to move the project forward
• Good user knowledge of MS Office + ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Good manners, confident demeanor, highly motivated, and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken English, Japanese / German is a plus
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
