Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years experiences in handling/leading projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate on-site teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagram/ electrical diagram.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure and iron fist.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.

Job Description:
• Monitor, execute, & deliver projects to comply with regulations & specifications.
• Manage operations policies & coordinates resources to achieve quality, safety, and cost efficiency for all projects.
• Chair project budget, reviews meeting and manage budget releases to lower levels.
• Lead and drive operation strategies to be ready to respond to market changes and cost – efficiency.
• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes on-site, fostering positive relationships with all customer.
