Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

• Monitor vending machine performance, including sales data, customer complaints, and breakdown alerts.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange timely drink replenishments.
• Participate in daily meetings with logistics companies to align on operational plans.
• Track and supervise logistics activities both online and offline.
• Liaise with the Technical Department for machine repairs and maintenance.
• Manage drink recalls due to shelf-life expiration.

Installation & Setup

• Assist in the installation and setup of new vending machines.
• Stock drinks during initial setup and support technical configuration in the warehouse.

Maintenance & Planning

• Plan and monitor cleaning schedules for vending machines.
• Design and update drink lineups for new and existing machines based on customer needs.
• Support routing plans for efficient drink top-up operations.
• Monitor and manage shelf-life of drinks across all machines.

Work Environment

• Field visits for machine installation and monitoring.
• Office-based coordination and reporting.
• Interaction with logistics and technical teams.
