Bilingual (JP/EN) SRE Needed at Fast-growing SaaS Company

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily on AWS), while ensuring performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization
• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and incident response processes; define and track SLIs/SLOs
• Collaborate with global teams across Japan, India, and the Philippines to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years in cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Linux admin experience
• CI/CD pipelines, monitoring & alerting 
• Docker & Kubernetes 
• IaC with Terraform or Ansible 
• English & Japanese communication (JLPT N2+) 

Preferred 

• Python, Typescript or shell scripting
• Microservices experience
• Database admin & Security knowledge
