POSITION SUMMARY

A Japanese food manufacturer is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team. This position will provide support while maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and
associated systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

* IT Support: Manage tickets, support hardware/software, maintain systems.

* Collaboration: Understand needs, propose solutions, coordinate with vendors.

* Procurement: Handle purchases, document procedures.

* Security: Assess and improve network security.

* Vendor Management: Evaluate vendors, log work.

* ERP Support: Manage ERP tickets, troubleshoot issues, provide training.

* Communication: Communicate with vendors, stay updated on tech trends.

* Miscellaneous: Improve processes, support projects, maintain ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from four-year
college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 2-3 years in IT role required
• Must have working knowledge of Business Central
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with operating systems and platforms
• Bilingual Japanese/English a plus but not required

BASE SALARY　USD60,000-75,000 (DOE) 

LOCATION Torrance, CA
