Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with software engineers to enhance development efficiency and experience.

• Design, build, and maintain self-service tools and platforms that streamline workflows.

• Continuously improve development environments and processes, beyond just tool creation.

• Potential for assignment to other engineering teams based on experience and career goals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development for web applications.

• Proven ability to make decisions on technology stack, architecture design, and system implementation.

• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), and familiarity with automated tools such as Linters, Code Analyzers, API testing, and End-to-End testing.

• Proficiency in statically typed programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Java/Kotlin, Go, etc.

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.

• Fluent English communication skills (CEFR B1 or higher), including written and verbal interaction in a professional setting.Must currently reside in Vietnam or have plans to relocate.

• Foreign nationals must also hold a valid Vietnam work permit or be legally eligible to work in Vietnam.

   

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.

• Background in platform engineering within large engineering teams (50+ members).

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
