Description

• Support to build 3-5 year category plan.
• Drive GTM with focusing on Product - Story - Availability.
• Define & implement Japan channels allocation for global allocated products.
• Support Seasonal Category activation and Franchise calendar.
• Take responsibility for Sell-through of category across Japan.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including forecasts and inventory planning.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the retail industry.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate category performance to leadership.

A successful Assistant Category Manager, Running should have:

• A background in retail or a related industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
• Experience in product planning, marketing, or category management.
• Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. merchandising, brand communication, or sales experience.
• NATIVE level Japanese and Business level English.
• Knowledge of the running category or sports products is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel on a regular basis.
