■ 職務を通じてのチャレンジと成長
1.インド、インドネシア、ドイツ、米国、ブラジル、中国、トルコにあるダイムラートラック調達部門の同僚やビジネスパートナーと継続的にやり取りする
2. 中国、韓国、インド、台湾などの新興市場で新規サプライヤーを開拓し、既存のサプライヤーの競争力に挑戦
3. 他部門の人々と協力して作業し、私たちのアイデアを実現化
4. 明確なコスト低減目標をもち、また、詳細なプロジェクトタイムラインのもとで業務を推進
5. 他のチームとどのようにコラボレーションし、どのようなことを始めるか率先して計画

■ 職務内容
1.パワートレイン調達のバイヤーとして、担当部品のコスト、品質、納期の要件を満たす持続可能な供給ソリューションを達成のために推進
2. ベンチマークのコスト、品質、納期を確保するために、ヨーロッパおよびその他の市場に拠点を置くサプライヤーと交渉
3. 既存のサプライヤーの競争力に挑戦するために、新しいサプライヤー及び新しいテクノロジーを開拓
4. 他部門と協力し、コスト削減のアイデアを実現化
5.明確なコスト目標と詳細なプロジェクトタイムラインのもとに仕事をし、新製品プロジェクトの目標コスト及びタイムラインを達成

A） Your mission
Driven by the vision of creating the benchmark Supplier Networks and Supply chain solutions we at TT/G （Truck and Bus Procurement） work closely with innovative suppliers to bring the next generation of technology within our products. Our key contribution includes working towards sustainable cost efficiency to provide a competitive edge to our products and businesses.

B）Your challenge and development
1. You will have continuous interaction with your colleagues and business partners from India Indonesia Germany USA Brazil China and Turkey in other procurement units in Daimler trucks!
2. You will work towards scouting for new suppliers within the emerging markets like China Korea India Taiwan etc. to challenge the competitiveness of your incumbent suppliers.
3. You will work collaboratively with people from other departments and bring our ideas to reality.
4. You will work with clear savings targets and precise project timelines.
5. You are the captain of your own ship! You decide how you want to collaborate with other teams and chart the plan for your initiatives.

C） Your responsibilities
1. As a buyer within Powertrain procurement you will drive your commodities towards a sustainable supply solution that fulfils the requirements of Cost Quality and Delivery.
2. To negotiate with suppliers based in Europe and other markets to ensure benchmark Cost Quality and Delivery.
3. Responsible for Engines Transmissions and Axles components suppliers in terms of supplier relationship and commercial negotiations.
4. Be the driver of our negotiations for the transition from internal combustion technology to electric drive.
5. Be the Procurement representative in powertrain related projects ensuring procurement KPI’s are met and new components are ready for next generation vehicles kick off.

必須要件
・ビジネス、経済学、または工学（自動車関係が好ましい）のいずれかの大学の学位
・バイヤー経験と購買プロセスに関する知識、もしくはコンサルタント会社での勤務経験
・MicrosoftOffice（特にPowerpoint、Excel、およびOutlook）に精通していること
・ 英語 :ビジネスレベル
・ 日本語 : ビジネスレベル

歓迎要件
・自動車業界でOEMまたはTier 1コンポーネントメーカーと仕事をした経験

Qualifications
Must
・ University degree in either Business Economics or Engineering （preferably automotive）
・ Experience of Buyer and Knowledge about purchasing process or consultant in consultancy firms
・ High command in Microsoft Office applications （especially Powerpoint Excel Outlook）
・ Japanese / English Business level

Preferable
・ Experience of working within the Automotive Industry with an OEM or Tier 1 component manufacturer
