■Key Responsibilities
・Lead and support a broad range of legal and compliance matters including government contracts antitrust marketing and promotions intellectual property trade compliance and anti corruption.
・Review draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with vendors partners and customers.
・Lead a robust compliance culture across diverse businesses and provide guidance/improve processes on regulations surrounding the businesses.

■ Required Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree and Japanese bar qualification.
・8+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in house legal department with a strong commercial focus preferably including substantial experience supporting multinational companies.
