Mission Statement:
As the Senior Finance Accounting Manager you will be a key leader in our finance team responsible for overseeing and optimizing the accounting and reporting functions. This role requires a seasoned accounting professional with a deep understanding of financial processes strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Team Management
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled accountants including 3 manager / assistant managers （16 staff in total）.
Cultivate a collaborative and high performance work environment.
Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance cross functional understanding and efficiency.

Financial Reporting
Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in collaboration with the controlling team.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through effective communication with the regulatory offices.
Respond to inquiries from the head office（s） providing comprehensive and timely information to meet the reporting requirements.

Month end and Year end Close
Oversee the month end and year end closing processes.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Process Optimization
Continuously review and enhance accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and drive implementation of systems improvements.
Implement best practices to streamline financial operations.

Internal Controls
Develop and monitor internal control to safeguard company assets collaborating with Internal Control department.
Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA or audit firm a must. （Minimum 5 10 years）
Proven experience in a senior accounting role preferably in a foreign company.
In depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
