Job Description:

• Doing tele-calling, presales to potential client, regarding company general service.

• Making sure client needs or problems related human resource to discuss.

• Provide solution via presentation material to fulfill client needs.

• Management clients project to be succeed their target and performance result.

• Other job responsibility as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).

• Experience in consulting or education/training sales is highly desirable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. 

• Analytical and problem-solving oriented to identify client challenges and develop effective solutions.

• Willingness to travel occasionally. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
