Location: The North of Vietnam
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
Reports to: General Manager 

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations, including P&L, people, and strategic direction

• Drive continuous improvement across all functions 

• Work with clients to ensure product development timelines and standards are met

• Optimize organizational structure and operational processes

• Implement KPI-driven management and stretch targets across departments

• Promote lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives

• Ensure compliance with global standards

• Support expansion into new markets

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in telecom, electronics, or mechanical parts
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related fields)
• Proven experience building and scaling manufacturing organizations
• Strong background in ISO standards, lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities
• High energy, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
