　- Investment : Due diligence, consider development structure, cashflow, contract terms, 

　- Contract : negotiation with partners, prepare project contracts 

　- Procedure : legal procedures regarding the projects 

②Business Management of the real estate project 

　- Management of project 

　- Company management

■求める経験・能力・資格等■　　

Must : 

・Interest in Real Estate Business 

・(for Manager) Experience in Real Estate Business and/or Financing and Accounting / Investment 

・English：business level (speaking, documentation…)

・University degree

Prefer：

・Work experience in Vietnam or overseas

・(for Senior staff) Experience in Real Estate Business and/or Financing and Accounting / Investment/ construction 

■オファー内容（勤務条件）■

≪給与≫ Negotiable (Manager 3,000～5,000USD/month/Gross Senior staff 2,000$～) 

　　　　　　*depend on one’s ability and experience　

≪勤務地≫　Dist.1 HCMC

≪勤務時間≫ Mon – Fri 8:30 - 17:30（negotiable）
