Job Responsibilities: 

• Hand on experience in mechanical and Knowledge about Basic Electrical

• Knowledge in Hydraulic System, drawing reading and making , Fitting type, other material function hydraulic items

• Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air operated pump, centrifugal pump, High pressure pump.

• Understanding about ball screw, Slide and Basic condition check of machine

• Making of roller assembly, Bearing fitting system.

• Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maint.

• Knowledge about limit, fit, tolerance as per standard show in drawing.

• Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/c’s.

• Knowledge in making free hand drawing / 3 D Drawing of objects in Auto CAD.

• Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing, and Mechanical repairing of Pumps.

• Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.

• Knowledge of drilling, tapping, welding, grinding etc.

• Knowledge of shift handling. 

• Knowledge of Basic Computer
