募集要項
Lead, manage and develop Project Manager(s) in New Product Introduction projects execution
Provides overall coordination of international manufacturing transfer projects
Tracks and drives project development activities for Project Manager(s)
Assist Project Manager(s) in early supplier involvement programs when needed
Support Project Manager(s) in technical communications with customers & Test Engineering in order to meet company objectives
Continuous development & growth of Project Manager(s) to meet organization goal
Possess Engineering degree.
PMP certification would be a plus
Key team player as well as able to work independently and reliable
Good NPI exposure, SMT environment, resources planning, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced in semiconductor, electronics, would be an added advantage
Leadership and a problem solver
