Job Descriptions

• Overseeing daily IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. 

• Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network

• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data, including risk assessments and disaster recovery planning. 

• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals, including long-term planning and policy development. 

• Managing IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and progress monitoring. 

• Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance. 

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field like Computer Science or Information Technology

• Strong technical knowledge, especially in areas like infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity,

• Knowledge in regulatory compliance and IT governance standards

• Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
