Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company, looking for suitable candidates 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead and manage Product/ Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering to support the following functions
• ECN accurate generation and timely implementation
• Control Plan and FMEA generation and updating
• Manufacturing Process Flow and Work Instruction development
• Routing Setting and Routing Operations & Accuracy
• Cycle Time / Productivity improvement
• Factory floor layout and optimization
• Support NPI engineering activities to ensure successful volume ramp up.
• Prepare and manage the department budget (finance and headcount)
• Consolidate and develop skill resources through staff training and management skills development.
• Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of corporate Engineering SOPs.  To coordinate all required Technical Disciplines
• To act as a Consultant in order to solve Manufacturing Issues 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma in Electronics or Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years' experience in managerial capacity in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and able to lead engineering team drive for success.
• Familiar with 6-Sigma, LEAN and Problem-Solving concepts and methodologies
• Familiar with project management
• Possess test development experience (EEM & EMM)
