JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production.
• Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites.
• Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement.

• Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.

   

• Bachelor/Master Degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience.
• Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
• Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog / power electronics IC knowledge.
• Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
• Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
• Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus.
• Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of advanced data analysis & statistical capabilitie
