Our client is semiconductor industry. They handle end to end facility construction and system installation for semiconductor fabs, high tech facilities and cleanroom setups. They are currently hiring for Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects within the semiconductor sector

Responsibilities:
- Manage full projects lifecycle from initiation through completion (planning, execution, monitoring, handover)
- Lead coordination of project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project schedule, budget and resource plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams including Mandarin speaker counterparts
- Resolve site issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Prepare project documentation, reports and post project evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field
- PMP/ PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in industrial, high-tech or cleanroom related sectors
- Candidate with background from main contractor or subcontractor companies are highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written) required for communication with Mandarin speaking clients, vendors and HQ teams.
- Knows how to control cost, safety, timeline and quality at project sites
- Familiar with semiconductor tools and facility requirements
- Able to read technical documents and engineering drawings
- Can manage subcontractors, schedules and coordination
