• 5 years+ of experience in market access, pricing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry or a consulting firm
• In-depth knowledge of the Japanese pharmaceutical landscape, supported by significant involvement in industry association activities.
• Demonstrated success in negotiations with MHLW or comparable authorities, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English (written and spoken) and fluency in Japanese.
