Position Summary:

Process engineer is responsible for identifying and installing equipment and process in a plant,  and oversees the maintenance of existing equipment and provides trouble shooting and supports for efficient operation. This position is also responsible for production planning and supervision production operation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
• Review production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing  and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Train production workers for the use of new equipment/machinery and mfg process
• Initiate and lead PPAP process
• Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
• Develops or revise standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards
• Cost estimating for new products / drive ongoing cost reduction effort       
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
• Development of process flows and FMEA’s
• Material Control
• Support company initiatives such and programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, TVM, etc.
• Perform other duties as required

年収
Senior Process Engineer（生産技術）：700万円 ～ 900万円
Process Engineer（生産技術）：600万円 ～ 700万円

大阪府泉佐野市、車通勤可

勤務時間
8:30～17:00（休憩65分）

休日休暇
土日、夏季、年末年始　年間休日125日（※閏年126日）＋自由に設定できる休日２日
年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与、最大25日）

【必須（MUST）】

• Bachelors Degree in engineering
• 3-5 years experience in process engineering at a manufacturing facility
• Knowledge of Lean/APQP/Sig Sigma(Green Belt or above) and their application
• Experience in welding and assembly process
• Excellent computer skills (Excel / Word / Power Point)
• Self Starter
• Excellent communication skill in English and Japanese
• Ability to work flexible hours, including travel and attending conference calls at night
• Working experience with foreign companies/countries
