• Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies effectively Identify and resolve team issues (e.g. teamwork, delays, frequent bugs)
• Promote agile best practices to strengthen team capability
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align development goals and priorities
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain transparency
• Apply and advocate for LeSS principles in team processes
• Promote defect prevention and quality assurance measures
• Support team growth through coaching and mentoring Drive continuous improvement of development processes
