JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build 3D models for water treatment systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D software.

• Design general arrangement (GA) layouts and plot plans based on P&ID diagrams.

• Create BOMs/RFQs for piping, structural frames, tanks, and other mechanical parts.

• Design piping, skids, vessels, tanks, piping racks, and platforms in compliance with technical specs and layout requirements.

• Generate 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and carry out other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 28–35 years

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 3 years working with AutoCAD Plant 3D (proficiency required), Experience as a Plant 3D administrator preferred

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D

  • Knowledge of water treatment, chemical/fluid engineering, material selection

  • Familiarity with piping systems, piping drawings, and manufacturing drawings

  • Understanding of JIS and PVC piping (preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID and technical documents in English

• Soft Skills: Effective English communication skills, Strong team collaboration and independent working ability

• Previous experience in Japanese companies is a strong advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Familiarity with JIS or equivalent standards for materials and design

• Experience with Advanced Steel, structural analysis software, or BIM platforms
