COMPANY OVERVIEW

Representative office of a leading global textile and apparel group in the fashion and garment industry. Operating in Vietnam, the company supports business development, supply chain coordination, and brand collaboration across Southeast Asia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop creative direction for seasonal/annual women's fashion collections, ensuring brand consistency and commercial viability.

• Research domestic and international fashion trends; apply AI technology and digital design tools such as Midjourney, Clo3D, Figma, etc. in the creative process.

• Build concepts, moodboards, and implement design ideas through to sample approval stages.

• Manage the entire design process from concept to market launch, ensuring timelines, quality, and aesthetics are met.

• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Production, and Sales to ensure final products align with design direction and meet target market demands.

• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to refine designs and product development strategies.

• Manage, train, and inspire the design team; foster a culture of innovation within the department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Fine Arts, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a design management role.

• Proficient in industry-standard design software (AI, Photoshop, Clo3D, etc.); knowledge and experience with AI tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and fashion product structure.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with clear strategic thinking.

• Creative, eager to learn, and open to applying new technologies in work.

BENEFITS

• Salary: Up to 50,000,000 VND/month (based on capability, negotiable during interview)

• Probation: 2 months, followed by full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance

• Paid leave as per labor regulations
