Responsibilities:

• Lead service supervisors and manage scheduling, attendance, and recruitment in coordination with HR
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare pricing, and sell services to the assigned client
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance in coordination with HS&E manager
• Monitor budget performance and report financial results to country and global account managers
• Approve purchase orders and support supplier evaluations with procurement
• Conduct quality inspections and manage service performance KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a technical domain
• Experience managing large teams of blue-collar workers
• Prior experience from automotive industry as a production manager or maintenance manager
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; professional level written and verbal English
