As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring solutions meet client needs and technical standards. You'll bridge business goals with engineering teams while managing schedules, budgets, and quality.

Description

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery (planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
• Guide cross-functional and client-facing teams (engineers, developers, BAs) to ensure quality execution.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to select suitable solutions and manage client expectations.
• Provide clear technical direction and facilitate communication between teams in Japan and overseas.
• Monitor project progress, adapt scope as needed, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their day-to-day project contact.
• Promote best practices in project management, using agile methods where appropriate.

• 8+ years of experience in software development or IT project management with solid technical foundations (e.g. PHP, java, Open Source technologies, etc).
• Hands-on experience in leading development teams and delivering client-facing projects.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese (native-level) for client interactions; English at least low business level for internal coordination.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, adapt to changing client needs, and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
• Collaborative mindset, with a desire to grow in a diverse, international environment.
