Description

• Sample arrangement, Pick up/Return arrangement, Sample schedule adjustment
• Daily showroom maintenance
• Report to head office
• Arrangement of Press Materials, Press Release, Showroom Preparation
• Support for events (Press sample sale, Store event, Milan collection)
• Arrangement of press presentation and press day
• Manage magazine listings, daily clipping and communicate with office stores
• Support the team of Marketing & Communication in building a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with key global and local communications priorities

A successful Marketing & Communication Staff should have:

• Passion for the retail industry and understanding of Tokyo's market.
• Press experience in the fashion industry (luxury brand is a plus)
• Enthusiasm for our brands
• Deep knowledge of social media is a plus.
• University graduate or above
• Conversational level English preferred (only read & write okay)
• Native level Japanese
• C Skills: Excel (V Look, Pivot), Word, Power Point
