Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee and optimize daily accounting processes for efficient execution
• Develop and implement operational workflows to boost overall company productivity
• Approve and manage all payments and remittances
• Generate crucial financial reports for monthly and annual submissions to the Parent Company, as well as for audit and tax compliance
• Prepare IFRS adjustments specifically for Parent Company reporting
• Accurately calculate and file various tax returns, including CIT, VAT, FCT, and PIT
• Manage all administrative, HR, and legal functions, which includes drafting labor contracts, overseeing attendance, processing payroll and social insurance, coordinating office operations, and preparing/ submitting official documents to government bodies

Job Requirements

• Having 5-10 years in Accounting or related field
• Having strong English skill (IELTS 6.5) or Japanese skill (Business level)
• Having Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
• Familiarity with IFRS standards and prior experience in the e-commerce or payment services industry are highly valued
