IT Infrastructure Engineer

Our company develops synthetic aperture radar satellites (SAR satellites) and conducts observations, including the sale of imaging data, monitoring flood damage from heavy rain, landslide disaster observations, and detecting signs of ground subsidence and sinkholes. The Administration Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds working at headquarters, the Technology Center, and overseas branches. Within this, the Security & IT Unit plays a crucial role in managing and operating the company-wide information security operations as well as internal information systems, protecting and supporting the entire company.

Responsibilities
You will implement a wide range of tasks from strategy formulation to management and operation of internal information systems, considering our information security and future organizational strategies.

Specific Tasks
Management of internal information systems infrastructure:

• Formulating, executing, and evaluating strategies and plans related to internal information systems
• Implementing and managing information systems (handling inquiries, managing accounts and devices, responding to employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining procedure manuals, etc.)
  Target Systems:
• Cloud services (Google Workspace, communication tools, GCP, etc.)
• On-premises systems (network devices, multifunction printers, etc.)
• Information devices
• Other systems

あなたは、情報セキュリティと将来の組織戦略を考慮しながら、内部情報システムの戦略策定から管理・運用まで幅広い業務を実施します。

具体的な業務

• 内部情報システムインフラの管理：
  • 内部情報システムに関する戦略や計画の策定、実行、評価
  • 情報システムの実施および管理（問い合わせの対応、アカウントやデバイスの管理、社員のオンボーディングおよびオフボーディングへの対応、手順マニュアルの維持など）
• 対象システム：
  • クラウドサービス（Google Workspace、コミュニケーションツール、GCPなど）
  • オンプレミスシステム（ネットワーク機器、多機能プリンターなど）
  • 情報デバイス
  • その他のシステム

1. Over 3 years of experience in formulating company-wide information system strategies, managing networks, and managing business systems and information devices, or similar experience.
2. Hold the IPA Information Processing Engineer Applied Information Technology qualification, or possess advanced knowledge and skills, or have equivalent general knowledge in information processing.
3. Experience managing Google Workspace, GCP, AWS, etc., or similar experience for over 3 years.
4. Work experience in an organization with defined information security regulations.
5. Ability to read and write in English, and read and speak at a native level in Japanese.
6. General understanding of and ability to comply with Japanese laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in evaluating and implementing cloud services.
2. Experience in IT software development/operations.
3. Experience in defining information security requirements and making customer proposals.
4. Experience working with IT systems in a manufacturing environment.
5. Experience successfully completing a project as a project manager (PM).

必須資格

• 企業全体の情報システム戦略の策定、ネットワークの管理、ビジネスシステムおよび情報デバイスの管理に関する3年以上の経験、または同様の経験。
• IPA情報処理技術者応用情報技術者資格を保持しているか、高度な知識とスキルを持っているか、情報処理に関する一般的な知識を有していること。
• Google Workspace、GCP、AWSなどの管理経験が3年以上あること、または同様の経験。
• 情報セキュリティ規定が定義された組織での勤務経験。
• 英語の読み書きができ、日本語はネイティブレベルで読み書き、会話ができること。
• 日本の法律および規制を一般的に理解し、遵守する能力。

推奨資格

• クラウドサービスの評価および実施経験。
• ITソフトウェア開発/運用の経験。
• 情報セキュリティ要件の定義および顧客提案の経験。
• 製造環境におけるITシステムの経験。
• プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）としてプロジェクトを成功裏に完了した経験。
