• Oversee and coordinate the development and operation of the application platform

• Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders (tenants) to ensure effective collaboration

• Prepare and present service proposals tailored to business needs

• Generate and manage monthly billing reports

• Align project objectives with business goals and lead the team to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery

• Facilitate effective team communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and performance to management
