Description

• Coordinate monthly accounting close per global schedule and US GAAPGAAP.
• Prepare statutory documents per local laws and regulations.
• Manage requirements for financial, internal audits, and tax inspections.
• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions under local laws.
• Collaborate with third-party accounting firms for corporate tax filings.
• Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, and finances related to third-party logistics.
• AnalyzeAnalyze financial processes to support internal controls and SOXSOX compliance.
• Deliver monthly financial reports and variance analysis to Asia Leadership.
• Support ad hochoc business projects with financial expertise.
• Lead budget and forecast preparation, updates, and related processes.
• Drive process improvements and participate in corporate financial projects.
• Represent global finance in internal legal entity projects.
• Partner with local management on project budgets, forecasts, and capital spend.
