Description
- Manage quality systems in compliance with local and international regulations
- Oversee product quality and release processes for the Japan market
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and procedures per regulatory requirements
- Support team members' development through training and mentoring
- Lead site-wide initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement

スキル・資格
A successful QA Manager/Staff should have:
- Years of GMP or GQP experience in QA, QC, or Production in the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of Japan's regulatory landscape and global GMP frameworks
- Strong leadership in cross-functional or cross-cultural settings
- Able to manage documents, inspections, and audits with a systematic approach
- Fluent in Japanese; business-level English preferred (written & spoken)
- Strategic communicator with strong problem-solving and project leadership skills
- Passionate about team development and continuous learning
