Expected scope in SCTM

• Defining project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing project plans and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track.
• Preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.

Communication and control:
Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and resolving conflicts.

Delivery time adjustment:
Guiding the teams as per project milestones and responsible for critical reviews of offshore deliverables

Roles & Responsibility:

• Defining HIL specifications, creating plant models, wiring harnesses, and I/O interfacing, as well as performing HIL simulations and debugging
• Design, configure, and maintain HIL simulation environments, including plant models, wiring harnesses, and I/O interfaces.
• Perform HIL simulations, execute test cases, and validate software functionality against requirements
• Develop and maintain HIL simulation models, test scripts, and automation frameworks using tools like Simulink, MATLAB, and dSPACE
• Debug HIL systems, identify and resolve issues, and provide technical support

Required skill and experience

• 15+ yrs Overall Experience in related Industry
• Proficiency in dSPACE, Simulink, MATLAB, Capl, Vtest Studio, and other HIL simulation tools. 
• Knowledge of automotive systems like powertrain, body electronics, and electric vehicle controllers.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, and other communication protocols.         
• Understanding of microcontroller architecture and I/O configuration.   
• Experience with programming languages like CAPL, Python, and scripting languages   
• Possess strong Microsoft Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ) and analytical ability  
• Very strong sense of priority and effective decision making skills              

Japanese skills (for foreigners)

• N3/N2 skill in Japanese language

English skills (for Japanese)

• Excellent Spoken and Written requirement
