Description

• Own the end-to-end design process - from concept to high-fidelity prototyping, creating intuitive, workspace-oriented UX for a powerful analytics platform.

• Set and lead the design vision - define strategy, roadmap, and KPIs to drive impactful, user-centered innovation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to shape a seamless and scalable experience.

• Champion the user - design for both beginners and experts, ensuring accessibility, usability, and value across all touchpoints.

• Lead research & mentorship - conduct user research and mentor a junior designer to foster continuous learning and design excellence.
