• Help define and clearly communicate the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap using insights from market research, user input, and business priorities.

• Collaborate with the product team to analyze the market, identify user needs, monitor trends, and assess the competitive landscape.

• Assist in organizing and refining the product backlog to ensure features and updates align with the overall product goals.

• Support user research initiatives and collect feedback to better understand user behavior and enhance the product experience.

• Perform competitive assessments and stay current with industry developments to uncover opportunities and support strategic planning.

• Aid in tracking product success through key performance metrics and performance indicators.

• Contribute to the creation of product-related materials such as manuals, release notes, and presentations.

• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to provide clarity on requirements and ensure smooth execution.

• Comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional team environments.

• Strong understanding of the tech industry, ideally with experience in software or SaaS products.

• Well-versed in product development processes and methodologies.

• Knowledge of technical areas such as cloud computing, APIs, or data analytics is a plus.
