【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

【Responsibilities】
- Lead service development
└ As Tech Lead, you will lead development for product expansion.
- Architectural design and technology selection
└ You will be involved in a wide range of tasks with an eye on mid- to long-term business growth.
└You will be responsible for making the appropriate technology and system configuration depending on the phase.

【Specifically】
・Building the system infrastructure for the company's e-commerce site, focusing on feature improvements. This includes requirements definition, design, and development. For example, you might develop features for integrating with external services, create new services for members, reduce database load, or improve batch processing performance.
・Designing architectures that prioritize performance and scalability to ensure stable operation even during peak access times.
・Ensuring quality through robust system construction, code reviews, and test automation, all to deliver reliable services to customers every week.
・Controlling plans in team development, which involves team leadership and self-management in development projects.
・Making technical proposals and improvement suggestions for service enhancement in collaboration with other departments and teams.

【Project examples】
Work in cross-functional project teams. Participation by one or two back-end engineers, projects with a development period of approximately six months are the norm, and in the case of smaller projects, approximately two or three months.

【Required】
・Experience considering and proposing architecture from scratch in web system (Java) development.
・3+ years of web application development experience (Java + Spring Boot).
・Experience designing and developing systems using the cloud.
・Experience using version control tools (Git).
・Knowledge and experience in designing, developing, and reviewing applications with consideration for fault tolerance and maintainability.

【Preferred】
・Experience building build & deploy pipelines using CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JUnit, etc.).
・Experience building applications using the cloud (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
・Experience in designing, developing, and operating applications utilizing container technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
・Experience in improving development environments, etc.
・Understanding of representative software architectures.
・Understanding of frontend technologies (SPA with TypeScript/Vue.js).
