【About the Service】
Launched in June 2020, TIPSTAR is a social sports betting service where users can enjoy online betting on KEIRIN (bicycle racing), PIST6 (indoor track cycling), and auto racing.
It allows even those unfamiliar with KEIRIN and auto racing to enjoy the excitement with friends and other users through features like "Ride Bet," where you can easily place bets by following friends or other users, a free-to-play Medal Bet system, and engaging missions with game-like elements.
Through its social features, the service aims to create an environment where users can get enthusiastically involved with their friends and companions, rather than participating alone.

【Mission of this Position】
The mission is to develop and operate the server-side application and manage the infrastructure for the service.
Additionally, as a Server-Side Engineer, they would like you to maximize the product value and take the lead on a project basis.

【Work Process / Example Tasks】
This division is composed of four groups, and this position belongs to the Development Group, Server Team. You will work on the following tasks while communicating with PdMs, business stakeholders, and designers belonging to other groups:
・Service design, business flow design
・Server-side application development
　- Architecture design
　- New feature development
　- Development during updates and events
・Infrastructure construction and operation using Google Cloud and AWS
・Communication with other professions
・Technical support in preparation for the mid- to long-term market (contribution to research and development and improvement of the development team's technical capabilities)

【Required】
・Experience in developing server-side applications using cloud services.
・Experience in building scalable systems that can withstand high loads.
・Cloud architecture design and DB base design.
・Infrastructure design, development, and operation experience.

・Experience in developing server-side applications using Go.
・Development experience using NewSQL databases.
・Experience technically leading projects or teams as a lead engineer.
・Team management experience or a management-oriented mindset.
