COMPANY OVERVIEW
My client is well-known Japanese IT company, providing digital transformation solutions to clients from various industries. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their bank project. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders with appropriate domain understanding

• Act as the liaison between branch users and the bank’s internal IT team, working primarily on-site at the bank premises

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into complete use cases, workflows, and logic definitions

• Create/Review of Basic Design, Detailed Design and Test Plans, Scenarios and Cases

• Create solutions across diversified domains and technologies

• Create migration and deployment plan of new system to multiple branches

• Provide quality assurance to the development team, especially from a functional and technical perspective

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• More than 10 years of Business analyst for Bank Domain system
• Proven experience creating high-quality business requirement documents (e.g. BRD, FRD, Traceability matrix, etc) with End user.
• Hands-on experience in rolling out applications across multiple branches using centralized systems
• Involved in system development projects from scratch, including requirement definition and design
• Experience leading a small to mid-sized team as a team leader or module leader
• Prior involvement in mission-critical systems implementation for large enterprises
• Experience working with Japanese-oriented companies (JOC) or Japanese banks (preferred)
• Familiarity with systems using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture (preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in deposit-related business processes and systems in the banking domain (preferred)
