COMPANY OVERVIEW

A Japanese-invested company in the apparel industry, specializing in sourcing materials and coordinating production schedules for garment and textile manufacturing. The company operates in Vietnam and supports overseas buyers and offices with procurement and material management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Discuss with factories about sewing production capacity to clarify material schedule requests.
•    Order materials based on factory production plans and ensure delivery aligns with production needs.
•    Coordinate with sample/production teams to minimize material schedule issues and production delays.
•    Follow up on material sales contracts, shipping documents, and internal reports.
•    Monitor and manage the status of raw materials and ensure internal systems are updated.
•    Check and control material/garment costs.
•    Source materials from Vietnam factories according to buyer/overseas office requests.
 

JOB REQUIREMENT
•    Degree: University graduate, preferably in Garment or Textile-related fields.
•    Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role in garment factories or trading companies.
•    Strong knowledge and experience in garment and textile industries.
•    Good negotiation and management skills.
•    Able to build long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
•    Flexible, open-minded, and responsible.
•    Willing to work overtime if required.
•    Language: Japanese (N2) and English (Business level).
•    Gender: Male or Female.
