Description

• Lead QA initiatives for digital and retail technology projects in Japan

• Coordinate End-to-End testing with both local and global teams

• Provide timely updates on test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders

• Investigate and analyze production issues to support root-cause analysis

• Mentor QA team members across Japan and offshore locations

• QA/testing experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams
