Job Overview:
This position is a key member for our management team which is responsible for reporting the key financial results of the business. Acting as Finance Manager playing a significant role of preparing for PL and BS working with CFO and local management team to support developing Budget and Forecast any ad hoc assignments to support CFO in order to add value to and drive performance of the organization. Working with a small team you will be leading and responsible for the month end and year end closing reporting to France HQ by working with a local tax advisor for the official statutory reports and filing of income taxes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Responsible for ensuring accurate month end close completion in line with local statutory Company rule and IFRS GAAP requirements in the defined timeline
2. Independent execution of the month end and year end close working with outside service provider(payroll tax advisor actuary accounting outsourcing) and uploading the results in reporting system
3. Ensure and maintain good accounting process (incl. payroll)
4. Ensure annual tax filings and coordinate external Audit.
5. Support for any financial and management reporting when needed
6. Monitor on hand cash and support to prepare and maintain the cash flow planning
7. Support for CFO for the annual budget and monthly forecasts
8. Support analysis of business operation processes for efficiencies and control in place
9. Ensure compliance with Company Delegation of Authority controls
10. Provide the proper control of the company expenses report variances analyze and review income and expense
11. Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis as needed
12. Support to improve and supervise to maintain administrative procedures of HR / GA / IT matters

1. University graduate majored in Economics/ Business /Accounting or equivalent
2. At least 5 7 years of accounting experience including 3 years or more for senior accounting role with Year end closing experience
3. Good communication and leadership skills to drive results working with other departments
4. Operation/Accounting process improvement experience
5. Business level English language (oral and written) skills
6. Experience working for Multinational Company that imports goods and distributes domestically
7. Self starter flexible proactive initiative autonomy and good team player
8. Highly proficient in Microsoft applications tools specifically in excel (Pivot)
9. ERP (MS Dynamics AX) experience is a plus
10. Financial reporting experience is a plus
11. Internal Control experience is a plus
12. FP A experience is a plus
13. MBA and Professional Accounting Certification (CPA CMA CIA etc.) are plus
