PR/109401 | Assistant Engineer / Engineer - Electrical (Industrial projects) - West India

Company Overview: One of the leading Japanese EPC organization working on various industrial projects.

Job Overview:

The individual should be able to solve project-related difficulties including receiving of drawings, material, and labour at priority for building Industrial Buildings and must be well versed in Execution, Reading Drawing, Quantity Survey, should understand IS codes and norms and Regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience of 3 -7 years in building Industrial Sheds with well versed in Execution, Reading Drawing, Quantity Survey, Labour Handling, Billing, HT, LT, Lighting, DG, transformer and other electrical works.
2. Experience in dealing with Subcontracts is necessary.
3. Should be able to deal with clients and complete the project within the stipulated period.
4. Will be responsible for getting the Project completed within Timelines, Cost, and Quality Parameters and responsible for Contract Management and monitoring at the site level.
5. Must be technically sound on Projects, Project Monitoring and Control.
6. Create checklists for Site review or Inspection and DPR.
7. Daily site execution reporting to Management.
8. Searching and Handling contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation and build-out ensuring quality is met.
9. Working out the quantities and estimating the manpower, and materials required for the completion of the project.
10. Must be able to effectively communicate, make decisions, give direction or guidance, set goals, and provide feedback.
11. Should be able to solve project-related difficulties including receiving of drawings, material, and labour at priority.
12. Well-versed with site safety and compliance norms.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be graduate in Electrical Engineering.
2. Must be having experience of 3-7 years working in construction sites for electrical work
3. Must have experience working in industrial projects.
4. Must be able to communciate in English.
5. Staying at the site location is necessary.
6. Self-motivated and highly organized.
7. Ability to work in a group.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
