Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure robust financial controls and accurate reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Oversee tax compliance, audits, and adherence to financial regulations.Lead financial planning, including revenue, profit, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.

• Develop financial performance metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems.

• Partner with the CEO to assess new business opportunities and drive strategic financial decisions.

• Spearhead fundraising initiatives, engaging with investors and financial institutions.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• MBA or international financial certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA Level 1) are a plus.

• 7–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Background in fast-growing startups or companies with expansion plans is preferred.

• Proven track record in capital raising and investor relations.

• Strong English communication skills (business-level proficiency).
