COMPANY OVERVIEW

A globally recognized construction contractor with extensive experience in delivering large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. The company operates in Vietnam with a professional project office based in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, supporting ongoing construction activities in compliance with international standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check and coordinate M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) system drawings to ensure consistency and site applicability.

• Review and modify sub-contractor drawings for site compatibility.

• Handle Quantity Survey (QS) tasks related to MEP works.

• Manage IBO (design change adjustments per client instructions) during construction.

• Assess monthly completed value of MEP works and conduct quantity assessments for contractor settlements.

• Supervise on-site MEP works, including electrical systems, escalators, elevators, conveyors, air-conditioning, sanitary equipment, and piping systems (rainwater, water supply, and drainage).

• Perform additional tasks as assigned during interviews.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in building projects, especially large-scale commercial facilities or shopping malls.

• Experience with international companies (especially Japanese firms) is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other specialized software.

• Language: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Honest, hard-working, proactive, and creative.

• Work Location: Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province (project site office).
