COMPANY OVERVIEW

A globally recognized construction contractor with extensive experience in delivering large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. The company operates in Vietnam with a professional project office based in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, supporting ongoing construction activities in compliance with international standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, deploy, and allocate construction tasks; supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, and labor safety regulations.

• Evaluate and report on construction progress and work quality.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle work acceptance and other assignments as directed by the Department Head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of mall and complex building BoQ, Design & Build project models.

  • Ability to evaluate cost, quality, and value of contractor quotations.

  • Experience working with foreign contractors (especially Japanese companies) is preferred.

  • Experience in site coordination with subcontractors.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• English: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are preferable.

• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
