PR/123007 | Engineering Supervisor

Lead and manage the engineering fitter team to provide effective support for production operations.

Report directly to the Sr. Supervisor Manufacturing on all engineering fitter team activities and performance.

Develop clear instructions and cGMP documents for all engineering fitter work procedures, ensuring compliance and quality.

Conduct qualification activities for machinery and equipment relevant to the production process.

Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance for production equipment and machinery, collaborating closely with machine operators.

Monitor and report on spare part inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, and productivity from an engineering perspective.

Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with production supervisors.

Being readily available to support production for any machine breakdowns or operational issues.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an Engineering field.

Proven experience as a leader or supervisor in engineering-related roles.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical or cosmetic production operations is essential.

Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Understanding of cGxP principles.
