We are looking for a Project Manager to lead IT development projects for financial clients, with responsibilities across planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience with SDLC, and fluent Japanese communication abilities.

• Plan and manage end-to-end project execution (small to large scale)
• Track progress, manage schedules, quality, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, business users, and development teams
• Prepare and present project documentation and status reports
• Ensure customer approvals and engagement at all project stages
• Align project efforts with client business strategy

• 5+ years of project management or project lead experience
• Proven experience in full SDLC and delivering mid-to-large scale IT projects
• Background in software development and system migration is a plus
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company, ideally in finance, is preferred
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is a bonus
